PRIVATE TRANSFERS

Private transfers

Thoughtful planning. Clear details. A journey agreed before you travel.

Your route, your passengers

A private transfer is planned for your own party, with no unrelated passengers when the service is confirmed as private. It can suit an airport arrival, a hotel departure, a station connection or a journey across the city. Start with the exact pickup and destination addresses. Where several buildings share the same street address, add the property name, entrance or reception details so the proposed route reflects the place you actually need.

A pickup that is easy to coordinate

For a hotel, explain whether you will meet at reception, outside the main entrance or at another accessible location. For an airport or station, include flight or train details and leave time to collect luggage. Residential buildings, pedestrian streets and restricted zones may require a nearby pickup point. Your confirmation should specify the agreed location and operator contact details, giving the lead traveler a clear plan for finding the vehicle.

Choose room for people and bags

Count all travelers, including children and infants, and enter your suitcase total. List cabin bags, strollers and oversized equipment in the notes rather than relying on the number of seats alone. Tell us about child-seat requests and mobility needs early, with useful dimensions or assistance details where relevant. A larger category may be more comfortable or necessary for the load; the proposed vehicle’s passenger and luggage capacity should be agreed before booking.

Stops, return journeys and special plans

If your journey needs an extra stop, another pickup address or a specific route, describe it before a quotation is accepted. Include the time needed at each stop where you can estimate it. For a return transfer, choose its own date and pickup time and check that the addresses are correct in both directions. A change after confirmation may affect availability, price or timing, so arrangements should be reviewed with the operator rather than assumed.

Understand the journey you are choosing

Use the available transport options to compare category and capacity, then review the total amount and service details in the individual proposal. Exact vehicle makes and models apply only when expressly confirmed. Check waiting allowances, any meeting assistance, mandatory charges and cancellation terms. Private service provides a vehicle for your party; features such as unlimited waiting, additional stops or specialist equipment depend on what has been agreed for that journey.

Cancellation terms

From request to an agreed transfer

Send the request at least 48 hours before pickup, with an email address and phone number that the lead traveler can access while away. Include any schedule constraints or access instructions that may affect the trip. Your inquiry is reviewed individually and does not itself reserve a vehicle. Once the proposed journey is accepted and confirmed, keep the meeting instructions and contact details close to hand. The current request form does not collect an online payment.
