An arrival planned around your journey
A good airport transfer begins before your flight lands. Enter the full airport name and your destination address, then tell us your flight number, terminal if known and how many people are traveling. Add the expected arrival time in the airport’s local time zone. These details help establish a practical meeting arrangement, whether you are continuing to a city hotel, a private residence or a business appointment.
Finding the right meeting point
Airports have different pickup rules. A proposed service may meet you in arrivals, at a designated transport desk or in an authorized pickup area outside the terminal. If you would like a name sign or assistance locating the vehicle, include that preference in your request. Your final confirmation should describe the meeting point and operator contact details, so the lead traveler knows where to go after collecting baggage.
Time for arrivals and departures
Allow time for passport control, baggage collection and walking between airport areas when choosing a pickup time. For a departure, plan backward from the airline’s check-in and boarding requirements, with an allowance for local traffic. If you have a tight connection or a fixed appointment, explain it clearly. The proposed schedule can then be reviewed against the route; travel times remain estimates affected by road and airport conditions.
The right vehicle for your luggage
Include every traveler, including children and infants, and count both checked suitcases and cabin bags. Tell us about strollers, sports equipment, folding wheelchairs or other bulky items. A sedan’s seat count does not describe its luggage capacity, so a van may be a better fit for a small party with several large bags. Child seats and mobility requirements should be checked as part of the individual vehicle arrangement.
Vans & group travelFlight changes and waiting arrangements
Before accepting a journey, review whether flight monitoring, meet and greet or a waiting allowance is included. The confirmation should explain when waiting begins, how long it lasts and any additional charges. If your flight number, arrival time or terminal changes, use the contact details supplied with the confirmed service. A return airport journey can be requested separately or as part of a return route, with its own pickup date and time.
Cancellation termsSend your request with confidence
Submit your request at least 48 hours before pickup and include a working email address and telephone number for the lead traveler. We collect the details for individual review; acknowledgment of your request is not a confirmed booking. Review the proposed vehicle category, route, total amount, meeting instructions and cancellation conditions before acceptance. Online payment is not collected in the current inquiry flow. Once agreed, keep your confirmation available for the day of travel.
