HOW IT WORKS

How it works

From your first route search to a carefully reviewed request. Six clear steps help bring the journey together.

1. Start with the exact route

Enter your airport, hotel, station or street address and select the matching location. Check the city, country and property name, especially where several hotels have similar names. If a suggestion cannot identify the place you need, the request form accepts a manual address. Include the terminal, hotel entrance or other access detail in the notes so the practical pickup and destination can be understood.

2. Choose the local pickup time

Select the date and time using the time zone of the pickup location. Send the request at least 48 hours before departure. For an arrival, leave time for airport formalities and luggage collection rather than assuming the flight landing time is also the meeting time. For a departure, consider traffic, check-in and the airline’s requirements. Add a return with its own date and time when needed.

3. Plan people, luggage and the vehicle

Count all adults, children and infants, then enter the number of suitcases. Mention cabin bags, strollers, mobility equipment or unusually large items separately. Review the passenger and luggage limits shown for each available option. Category names are a starting point; actual capacity and any requested child seat or accessibility feature need to be agreed in the individual proposal.

Transfer services

4. Send the journey for review

Choose a transfer option or send your route directly for a personal quotation. Provide the lead traveler’s name, email and phone number, including the country code. Use the notes for flight details, meeting arrangements and useful requirements. Review the information before submitting. You receive a request reference when the inquiry has been saved; keep it for any follow-up about the journey.

5. Agree the quotation and arrangements

Before a booking is accepted, review the proposed operator and service, total amount and currency, mandatory charges, vehicle category and capacity, meeting instructions, waiting allowance and cancellation conditions. Ask about anything that could affect your trip, such as an additional stop or equipment. A separate confirmation identifies the accepted journey. The initial request reference acknowledges the inquiry rather than reserving a vehicle.

Request terms

6. Keep your pickup plan close

Save the confirmation and check its meeting location and contact instructions before travel. If your flight, route or group changes, use the operator communication details supplied with the confirmed service and request an update. The current website does not collect online payments or card details. Any future payment step must explain the payable amount and method separately, after the journey arrangements have been agreed.
