PREMIUM TRANSFERS

Premium transfers

Thoughtful planning. Clear details. A journey agreed before you travel.

Comfort starts with the right specification

Premium travel works best when the details match your priorities. Tell us whether you value generous interior space, a quieter journey, a professional arrival or assistance at the meeting point. Choose a suitable category from the available options and add any preferences that matter to your party. Makes, models, vehicle age and particular onboard features should be understood from the confirmed specification rather than assumed from a category name.

An airport arrival with a clear plan

For an arrival, include the flight number, airport, terminal if known and destination property. Choose the local time zone and allow for arrival formalities and baggage collection. If you would like meet and greet or a name sign, state the request so availability and the arrangement can be checked. Your confirmation should explain where to meet and how to contact the operator, making the next step after arrivals easier to follow.

Business travel and important appointments

For an office, conference or client visit, give the building name, full address and any reception or entrance instructions. Explain the appointment time and whether the route needs a planned stop. This helps review a realistic pickup schedule with time for local traffic and access. If you need details addressed to a company, include the relevant information in your inquiry; invoice arrangements and the service specification should be agreed before acceptance.

Space and assistance for your party

A premium sedan and a premium van serve different needs. Enter every traveler and describe your luggage, including cabin bags, strollers and bulky equipment. A larger vehicle may be more suitable even for a small party carrying several suitcases. Mention child seats or mobility requirements in advance so suitability can be reviewed. Premium presentation does not replace careful capacity planning, and any particular assistance needs should appear in the agreed arrangements.

Details that make a difference

Review the proposed waiting allowance, meeting service, route and any requested stops alongside the total amount. For flights, check whether monitoring is part of the service and how schedule changes should be reported. If your arrival plans change, contact the operator using the details in your confirmation. For a return journey or several transfers, provide each route and time clearly so the proposal can explain how the individual journeys will be coordinated.

A clear agreement before you travel

Submit your request at least 48 hours before pickup and include contact details for the lead traveler. Allow additional planning time for unusual requirements or a sequence of journeys. We collect your preferences for individual review; availability is established through the proposed service and written confirmation. Before acceptance, review the vehicle category, total price, meeting details, waiting conditions and cancellation terms. Online payment is not collected in the current inquiry flow.
