Dubai Airport Transfers & DXB Pickup Guide

Dubai International or Al Maktoum?

Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Central — Al Maktoum International (DWC) are separate airports. Match the selected pickup to your flight booking and include the flight number and terminal where known. Check the latest airport and airline information before travel if the flight details change.

Hotels, towers and resort entrances

Give the property name and full location, including its district and the requested entrance. A hotel in Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina or another destination is a distinct route. For a resort or a tower with multiple entrances, include any vehicle arrival instructions supplied by the property.

Your DXB arrival meeting plan

Allow time for entry formalities, baggage collection and reaching the agreed meeting place after landing. Check which pickup zone and meeting assistance are included in the confirmation, together with the waiting allowance. Keep the supplied operator contact and send revised flight information if your arrival plan changes.

Vehicle fit and return to the airport

Include all travelers, suitcases, strollers and equipment so the proposed vehicle’s suitability can be reviewed. Ask for any child seats or assistance in advance. A return needs its own date and local pickup time, allowing for the road journey and the check-in arrival guidance provided by your airline.

Questions before your journey?

Can I use a DXB quote for a flight arriving at DWC?

No. Select the airport on your ticket. Dubai International and Al Maktoum International are separate locations, with different routes and pickup arrangements.

What should I provide for a Dubai hotel or resort transfer?

Provide the property name, full address or location, district and preferred entrance where known. Add your flight, terminal, local pickup time, traveler count, luggage and any child-seat request.

Does sending a Dubai transfer request confirm a vehicle?

No. Send the inquiry at least 48 hours before pickup. A separate confirmation is needed to reserve the accepted service and establish its price and meeting details.
